What do people do to make them healthy?

Everybody on the earth usually has problems with their health, so they want to know about how to take care of health. Many people watch TV, listen to the radio, and read magazines to find good advice about health. The reason is they can get good suggestion on how to prevent from having disease and to be healthy. Therefore, this paper will discuss about how to be healthy. There are three main reasons such as choosing good food, drinking a lot of water, and having enough sleep.
First, they choose good food to make them healthy. In the market there are many kinds of food, so they have to choose good food to buy such as vegetable, fruit, meat, and fish because they have a lot of nutrition to prevent their body from disease. Especially, they choose to eat organic food to make them strong. For example, in Cambodia many people choose food that has a lot of nutrition without chemicals because they know a lot about food that is good for their health.
Second, they have a good drink to make them healthy. There are a lot of kinds of drink in the market. Everyone usually knows about advantage of water and fresh fruit juice. Many people drink enough water and natural fruit juice. As a result, they become comfortable, beautiful, and strong. For instance, many Cambodian in Battambang usually drink fresh orange juice and drink enough water to make them healthy.
Finally, to be healthy it is necessary to have enough sleep. The experts of health advise people to sleep eight hours or more per night because sleeping can make them feel good, reduce problems with their brain, and prevent their body from tiredness. Therefore, many people usually go to bed and sleep for eight hours every night. For example, most of Cambodian usually sleeps enough at night because they always work during the day and at night they have enough time to sleep.
In conclusion, to make them comfortable they choose nutritious food, have a good drink, and have enough sleep. It’s very important to take care of our health because we can save money from treatment, have enough time to earn money, and make our body strong. If we are healthy, we can join to develop our country to be prosperous.
